When paying the yearly price, You will save thirty five percent (35%) when paying fifty-nine dollars and eighty-three cents ($59.83) on a monthly basis, compared with the monthly price of ninety-one dollars and ninety-nine cents ($91.99). On the other hand, You will save thirty three percent (33%) when paying fifty-nine dollars and eighty-three cents ($59.83) on a monthly basis,compared with the quarterly price of sixty-one dollars and thirty three cents ($61.33).

The Pricing Page lists what is included in this bundle, such as amongst others, You shall get access to TradesAI’s premium TradingView Indicator (“TradingView Indicator”), the VIP Signals (“VIP Signals”) for all the assets and time frames and also get access to VIP Tier 1 (“VIP Tier 1”) on TradesAI’s Discord (“Discord”) and Telegram (“Telegram”) channels.
4.1.3. You can unsubscribe from this subscription plan in accordance with Clause 6 below.
4.2. For a limited time only, TradesAI is offering the ‘Ultimate Bundle’ located on the following page; https://www.tradesai.com/product/ultimate-bundle-72-hour/ for the price of nine dollars and ninety nine cents ($9.99) for the period of seventy-two (72) hours from the subscription date (the “First Offer”).
4.2.1. With the First Offer You will still access to the same products as provided in the ‘Ultimate Bundle’ in Clause 4.1.2;
4.2.2. Once the seventy-two (72) hours have elapsed and you have NOT unsubscribed from the First Offer, You will be charged the monthly price of ninety one dollars and ninety nine cents ($91.99) for the following months. The monthly subscription will start upon the charge of ninety-one dollars and ninety-nine cents ($91.99);
4.2.3. 4.3.1. With the Second Offer You will still access to the same products as provided in the ‘Ultimate Bundle’ in Clause 4.1.2;

Once the three (3) consecutive days have elapsed and you have NOT unsubscribed from the Second Offer, You will be charged the monthly price of ninety one dollars and ninety nine cents ($91.99) for the following months. The monthly subscription will start upon the charge of ninety-one dollars and ninety-nine cents ($91.99);
4.3.3. By unsubscribing from the Second Offer before or upon the lapse of the three (3) consecutive days you will not be charged the ninety one dollars and ninety nine cents ($91.99) for the following months and, the monthly subscription plan will not take effect. 4.4. TradesAI clarifies that the First Offer and the Second Offer together and collectively are referred to as Offers (“Offers”) throughout these Terms and Conditions.
4.5. TradesAI has the right to stop providing the ‘Ultimate Bundle’ plan and the Offers as described in Clauses 4.1,4.2 and 4.3.
4.6. It is under TradesAI sole discretion to stop offering this ‘Ultimate Bundle’ plan including the Offers or to make any changes to the ‘Ultimate Bundle’ plan and the Offers which are being provided to You.
5. PAYMENTS
5.1. Payments for our Service will be processed through our secure payment gateway on the Website. You agree to pay the fees as displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.
6. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION & REFUNDS REQUEST
6.1. TradesAI offers refunds for both the monthly and yearly subscription plans under the following conditions:
6.1.1. The monthly subscription plan: You can cancel the subscription plan and request for a refund of the monthly subscription plan only within two (2) days from the initial subscription activation and payment. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
6.1.2. The 3 month or the quarterly subscription plan: You can cancel the subscription plan and request for a refund of the Quarterly subscription plan only within two (2) days from the initial subscription activation and payment. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
6.1.3. The yearly subscription plan: You can cancel the subscription plan and request for a refund of the yearly subscription plan which auto renews only within two (2) days from the initial subscription activation and payment. You will not be entitled for a refund once the subscription plan has been renewed.
6.2. You will not be entitled to refunds for any subscription renewals beyond the initial period. It is your sole responsibility to manage the subscription prior to any renewal.
6.3. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of TradesAI and are not guaranteed. TradesAI will not issue refunds for accidental or unauthorized subscription purchases. You are further responsible for safeguarding your registration details and any electronic devices used to access your accounts. Understanding the product prior to purchase is your responsibility.
6.4. To request a refund, you must contact TradesAI at support@tradesai.com. TradesAI will endeavour to respond to all refund requests within approximately three (3) business days.
6.5. Refunds will be processed in fiat currency and will generally be received by your bank within three (3) to five (5) business days. Refunds will not be issued in cryptocurrency due to potential transaction fees and other related concerns.

7.1. While we strive to provide valuable and relevant advice, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from our Services. The success of implementing any recommendations is dependent on various factors beyond our control.
